Can I use Mosara at home too?

Technically yes — but it's been crafted specifically for the enclosed environment of a car, where it can fully unfold. At home, the space is larger and the experience may differ. That said, we won't stop you.

How long does it take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach you within 5-7 working days of placing an order. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.

Do you accept returns?

All products are non-returnable. However, if there’s any issue with your order, write to us at people@houseofmosara.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Where in the car should I spray?

Avoid spraying directly on leather seats or fabric upholstery. Instead, spray on the provided felt tag and lightly on the floor mats. 2–3 sprays for a hatchback or sedan, 3–4 for an SUV.

How should I store my bottle?

Keep it in the Potli bag that comes with every order and store it away from direct sunlight. Heat and light can alter the fragrance over time — a little care goes a long way.
